• Deliver organic content and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Optimise content for each platform based on audience behaviour and platform functionality
• Edit reels and short social videos from new footage and existing archive material
• Publish and schedule content, maintaining a consistent cadence
• Write long- and short-form copy in English, and ideally Portuguese, including captions, web copy and newsletters across corporate B2B and lifestyle brands
• Gather information from teams and turn voice notes and documents into stories
• Build and update websites, landing pages and portfolios using no-code and AI tools; liaise with web agencies on larger builds
• Plan content calendars and campaigns, keeping production on track
• Prepare work for client validation and manage approval cycles through to publishing
• Brief and manage freelancers, including photographers, designers, editors and digital marketing experts, and coordinate logistics
• Maintain an organised library of images, files and background information for each brand

• Around 4 years of experience creating social content; the experience requirement is flexible
• Comfortable editing reels and short videos, with the ability to learn quickly
• Interested in hospitality, real estate, architecture, interiors, events or experiences
• Able to manage several projects and switch between brand voices
• Fluent English
• Based in Portugal and willing to travel within the country

• 32 Hours per week, with the option to grow to 40 hours as the studio scales
• Contract type and flexible terms to be arranged depending on the candidate
• Competitive salary in line with the Portuguese market, depending on experience and scope

• Travel costs covered for on-site work, plus an early trip to Amsterdam
• Co-working space or work-from-home setup support
• In-person meetings in Portugal at least once every two months, site visits for shoots, interviews and meetings around the country, and frequent video calls
• The role may grow into leading production and managing people as the studio expands; global travel opportunities may arise
