We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and an interest in transforming processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation.
Dare to Have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role;
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation;
- Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma;
- A solid understanding of the potential and limitations of AI, Generative AI, and automation;
- Ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements;
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience facilitating workshops across different business areas;
- Autonomy, critical thinking, and the confidence to constructively challenge existing processes;
- English proficiency at C1 level or above;
- Current residence in Portugal.
