About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operations Coordinator to join our engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving multiple projects across the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and delivering projects on or ahead of schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, DevOps, Product Management, Marketing, and other departments to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder communication, managing expectations and keeping all parties informed on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
  • Track and report on project performance, timelines, and key metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably managing projects within technical teams or engineering organizations.
  • Experience working in a product-oriented environment, with an understanding of product development lifecycles and the collaboration needed across Engineering, Product, and other departments to bring products to market.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects to completion within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • English with strong written and verbal skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Availability to occasionally work within the Western European Time (WET) zone, with the primary working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET).
