About the Role
As a Business Controller at Vizrt, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and management teams
- Conducting monthly financial analysis on sales, revenue, and P&L performance
- Managing forecasting and budgeting across pipeline, order intake, revenue, and P&L
- Developing and tracking key financial KPIs for sales performance and business growth
- Providing ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives
- Leading as a superuser of our BI tools and reporting platforms
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (finance, accounting, or business controlling)
- Strong skills in P&L analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Experience with BI tools and financial reporting systems (a plus)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
