About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and technology-savvy individual with full fluency in both English and Pulaar. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling telephone calls on demand, providing superior customer service, and adhering to our Code of Professional Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality telephonic remote interpreting services
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:
