About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist to drive process optimization, vendor onboarding, and procurement system implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure system adoption across the organization, improve ordering workflows, stock management, and supplier communication, and lead third-party integrations.
The primary focus is enhancing efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic procurement. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing a scalable P2P system, driving vendor onboarding and procurement system adoption, leading third-party integrations with procurement tools, and establishing ordering processes and stock management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience in procurement process and system implementation, strong knowledge of various procurement tools and best practices in direct and indirect procurement, experience in strategic procurement execution, ability to manage stakeholders and design efficient processes, and experience in stock management and supplier communication flows.
