We are seeking a highly skilled Head of IT Strategy to lead our IT Strategy, Architecture, and Integration/Automation team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining the integration and automation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the Unit4 enterprise architecture strategy, creating innovative and actionable plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and programs, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with return on investment goals.
  • Lead and promote the adoption of best practices to standardize integration architecture outputs across the enterprise architecture function.
  • Document and maintain architectural artifacts while supporting the business in assembling all system components.
  • Establish and enforce organization-wide standards for architecture, integration, and automation.
  • Oversee the Integration and Automation team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Lead architecture design to ensure IT systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Drive process improvements by leveraging IT automation and optimizing workflows.
  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, and adoption of new technologies, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party entities, including vendors, partners, and consultancies, through RFI/RFP processes when needed.
  • Lead IT cost optimization initiatives by rationalizing enterprise applications, consolidating systems, and optimizing technology investments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT strategy, architecture, and systems integration is essential.
  • Expertise in integrating Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, and legacy systems is highly valued.
  • Skilled in evaluating and selecting new technologies based on requirements, including managing proof of concepts to assess their ability to meet those needs.
  • Experience in developing enterprise-level architectures within a structured Enterprise Architecture Framework is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in improving operational processes through automation and process redesign is a plus.
