We are seeking an exceptional Financial Operations Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the administrative and financial director. This role requires a high level of analytical skills, critical thinking, and autonomy.

**Responsibilities**

  • Implement and monitor internal control processes
  • Calculate and analyze effective costs
  • Prepare monthly reporting maps
  • Preparation, analysis, and dissemination of KPI reports
  • Cost control and deviation analysis
  • Preparation and updating of budgets (direct and indirect costs)
  • Preparation of financial models to support decision making

**Requirements**

  • Higher education in Economics, Management, or related areas
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial control
  • Knowledge of financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Cost and Management Accounting
  • Advanced computer skills and Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of Primavera Software – ERP
  • High analytical capacity, critical spirit, and autonomy
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, organizational skills, and proactivity
  • Results-oriented mentality and attention to detail
