We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement and Budget Analyst to join our team as a FinOps Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our IT procurement process, including creating and monitoring purchase orders, maintaining a reference list of IT purchases, and checking and validating supplier invoices.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administration of our SaaS clients' consumption collection system, including configuring, updating, and decommissioning consumption collection probes; coordinating technical teams in incident and problem management processes related to clients' consumption collection; producing consumption analyses for ADV and SDM teams or for clients.
- Participating in the construction and monitoring of budgets, including establishing the budget with various teams of the IT OPS department, preparing monthly closures, and participating in the monthly rolling forecast process.
You should have a strong background in IT management, with experience in ITIL V3, reporting tools, Excel, and SQL/NOSQL. Additionally, knowledge of cloud management and cost analysis is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a plus.
