Job Description:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust technological risk framework, including the technological contingency component.
  • Analyze and determine technological risk indicators, including technological contingency.
  • Monitor the evolution of IT incidents and operational risk occurrences.
  • Track mitigation measures derived from relevant IT incidents and operational risk occurrences.
  • Validate the annual Disaster Recovery calendar.
  • Oversee the annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests.
  • Follow the annual review of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of the Directorate.
  • Analyze the gaps between RTO/RT and RPO/RP, and identify/monitor defined measures.
  • Ensure the currency of information in the Directorate's Operational Continuity Plan (PCO) and Technological Recovery Plans.
  • Centralize the Directorate's contribution to the Bank's Resolution and Recovery Plans, as well as Operational Continuity and Resolution (OCIR).
  • Review processes associated with the Area.
  • Produce reports on activities, incidents, etc., both internally and for external entities.
