About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) specialist to join our team as a Dockyard Safety Expert. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of safety in our offshore projects.
As a key member of our Project Entity Offshore Team, you will work closely with engineering, project management, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate occupational risks in the workplace.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks, conducting health and safety inspections for compliance with regulations, and driving the implementation of EHS policy according to our guidelines.
Your Impact
- Identify and evaluate occupational risks in the workplace
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks
- Conduct health and safety inspections for compliance with regulations
- Drive the implementation of EHS policy according to our guidelines
- Investigate incidents and propose corrective actions based on analysis
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in occupational risk prevention, in-depth knowledge of occupational risk prevention in construction and dockyard activities, and strong understanding of relevant legislation and experience in EHS project management.
You should have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective risk management, proven results orientation with the ability to implement preventive measures and collaborate with teams.
