Job Title: Event Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage multiple events simultaneously. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both in-person and virtual events that showcase our company's values and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with our company's objectives and values
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and engage stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to optimize future events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, including both in-person and virtual events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Zoom, etc.) and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly under pressure
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for event promotion
  • Certification in event planning (e.g., CMP – Certified Meeting Professional) is a plus
