We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for modeling processes and applying standards, guidelines, and norms based on EN 9145 (APQP) and others for development and factory topics. You will ensure uniform application of APQP guidelines, methods, processes, and procedures for development and industrialization projects in central functions and plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Support improvement processes from internal and external customer complaints
- Apply quality management methods, including PPS, 9S, FMEA, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, and Benchmarking
- Facilitate the application of quality processes to meet customer and statutory requirements for designated projects
- Design and model processes using software such as ARIS
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or master's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in development quality and/or quality management
- Experience in modeling processes and applying quality management methods
- An analytical and systematic way of working
- Talent for agile, reliable, and fast data management
- High resilience and assertiveness
- Team and communication skills
- Business fluent English (German desirable)
