The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business space.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business space
  • Performing consultative work to provide the best solution for the client's business goals
  • Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals
  • Gathering feedback on advertising products to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or bachelor's degree
  • A good level of English (at least B2)
  • A native German speaker
  • A sales or marketing background
  • A general understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A true team player with the ability to work with multiple nationalities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Contract type: fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours/week)
  • 12 days of paid training
  • Salary conditions: including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), reimbursement of initial flight costs, annual return ticket to home country (within the EU), and help with paperwork and opening a bank account
