About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Alter Solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and organizing Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the adoption of Agile practices by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Adoption: Collaborate with the team to understand their needs and develop strategies for effective Agile implementation.
- Support Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective backlog management, maximizing value delivery.
- Identify and Remove Impediments: Proactively identify obstacles hindering team progress and remove them to maintain productivity.
- Internal Coach: Foster a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices within the team.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor team performance metrics, such as velocity and productivity, to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scrum Master certification.
- A deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning.
- Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including Automated Testing, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.
- Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles.
- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
