**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have just over 7 years of experience in the industry and be able to define and manage the service lifecycle.
The successful candidate will ensure service quality through incident, problem, performance, and capacity management. They will also act as the primary point of contact for the respective service or process.
Other responsibilities include driving continuous service improvements, contributing to service transitions and development activities, identifying and translating customer needs into commissionable IT services, implementing and overseeing process standards and policies, monitoring IT service performance and delivery indicators, and coordinating SLA/OLA creation, reviews, and updates.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or relevant experience.
- 3-4 years of proven working experience as an IT Service Manager.
- ITIL Training/Certification.
- Working knowledge and experience in Service Management.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
