About the Role

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing our top-tier clients' portfolio. As the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, this role ensures the platform adoption and value realization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Excellent Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their goals, and providing strategic guidance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish Business Outcomes and Success Metrics: Collaborate with clients to set milestones, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, driving product adoption, revenue retention, and high renewal rates.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer expert counsel to clients on product adoption and best practices, delivering regular client reviews to evaluate progress against goals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Intento Platform Knowledge: Continuously expand technical and business acumen, consulting with experts from other teams as needed.
  • Track Customer Usage and Trends: Proactively monitor customer usage, identifying potential challenges and issues to address promptly.
  • Influence Future Lifetime Value: Drive higher product adoption, expansion through new offerings, customer satisfaction, and overall customer health scores.
  • Escalate Customer Issues: Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by escalating them to relevant teams.
