- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, time and attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and databases.
- Process the monthly payroll and any other salaries exceptional payments for the employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring strict compliance with all legal requirements.
- Control tax and Social Security calculation process is accurate to ensure compliance with fiscal and legal obligations.
- Keep payroll records, ensuring accuracy and consistency of the records.
- Supervise time and attendance and other required activities.
- Provide administrative support to the area.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Previous experience within hospitality.
- The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
