Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to deliver high-quality software components for scalable backend services using Java technology.
The successful candidate will support the Product Owner with architectural insights and technical knowledge, contributing to team planning and improvement using agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality, reusable, and testable software components for highly scalable backend services using Java technology.
- Supporting the Product Owner with architectural insights and technical knowledge.
- Participating in team planning and improvement using agile methodologies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience using Java, Spring Boot, message brokers, microservices.
- Knowledge of web architectures and services (HTTP, SOA, REST, JSON, etc.).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Familiarity with non-relational database concepts.
- Experience with highly scalable and performant backend services.
- Experience working autonomously within an agile environment with automated testing and continuous integration and delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in one of these locations: Lisbon, Coimbra, Viseu, and Porto.
- Location Requirement: candidates must already reside in Portugal.
