About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Human Resources function – People Systems and Services team as a Head of Time and Attendance Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the overall end2end Time & Attendance process, working alongside a global and complementary team of senior payroll leaders, global experts, and external collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process responsible for global Time & Attendance end2end processes, covering strategic mapping, design, and continuously improve T&A processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Define, recruit, and lead a team of highly specialized colleagues to ensure global governance on T&A related topics, global T&A advisory, training setup, etc.
  • Advise internal team members in using a best-fit UKG approach to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation and effective use of UKG to modernize the processes around core HR, benefits/allowances, Payroll/T&A, and Compensation.
  • Liaise with global COCs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and collaborate with appropriate partners on policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Pay and Time processes.
  • Together with HR Services and HR Systems team, lead the digital transformation and change management of country-specific Time & Attendance solutions towards a global operating model that automates processes, optimizes/reduces HR systems, and drives efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the Global Payroll Governance Team, the Payroll regions, IT, Finance, and external vendors on system design, improvements, and integrations.
  • Run country T&A projects aimed at harmonizing input to the global payroll process, policies, and systems across the organization globally.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of global experience in HR and Payroll/T&A Operations leadership.
  • Experience of leading T&A projects and/or international payroll teams.
  • Proven track record to implement and streamline end-to-end T&A projects and processes.
  • Ability to discuss workforce planning and shift work requirements with Operations leaders.
  • Some knowledge of processing payroll for international entities.
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement approaches.
  • Collaborative style, happy to interact with many collaborators.
  • Must be fluent in English.
