Job Overview
The Workplace Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and elevating employee experience at our Lisbon and Porto offices. This position involves managing various aspects of workplace operations, including employee engagement initiatives, housekeeping oversight, minor maintenance tasks, event coordination, landlord relations, and implementing workplace enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Lisbon office and visit the Porto office monthly or as needed
- Oversee housekeeping, visitors, mail handling, and relationships with external vendors
- Take charge of seating arrangements and explore ways to integrate technology into office operations
Boosting Employee Experience
The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement. Collecting feedback from employees will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring a positive work environment.
Maintaining a Safe and Functional Space
The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating minor maintenance tasks and partnering with service providers for larger repairs or upgrades. Ensuring health and safety compliance across our workplace is paramount.
Bringing People Together
Hosting office events that enhance workplace culture and foster connection is a key responsibility. Collaboration with teams to organize meetings, workshops, and social activities will also be essential. Working with the global events team to support company-wide initiatives will further contribute to a unified workplace culture.
Collaborating with Stakeholders
