About the Role
This freelance position involves developing a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for our applicants.
Main Responsibilities
- Taxonomy Development: Design a structured classification system tailored to our needs.
- Qualification Test Creation: Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate knowledge and skills.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on optimizing methodologies.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.
Requirements
- You must hold a Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture.
- You should have at least 7 years of professional experience in Agriculture or a related field.
- Your level of English must be advanced (C1) or above.
- You should have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
- You are passionate and experienced in working with AI models.
- You are ready to learn new methods and able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- This freelance role is fully remote, requiring only a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
