About the RoleWe are currently seeking talented individuals with Slovenian language skills to join our customer care team in Athens, Greece. As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for educating users on how to use and take care of their devices, providing assistance for new purchases, communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand, and providing strong, professional relationships with all partners and showing empathy at all times.
