We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Software Developer Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a high-performing team of software developers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and motivating a high-performing team of software developers.
  • Ensuring software meets agreed acceptance criteria and the team's definition of done.
  • Leading by example as a subject matter expert in multiple languages.
  • Mentoring direct reports within the same agile team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Completing performance reviews and personal development plans for direct reports.
  • Managing performance issues in conjunction with your own line manager, including performance improvement plans and absence improvement plans.
  • Assisting in recruitment activities, including recruitment days, phone and face-to-face interviews.

As a Senior Software Developer Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
