**Company Overview:**

Blu Selection is a technology brand that aims to make our lives easier and better connected. We are a passionate, energetic, and innovative team looking for like-minded individuals to join us in Barcelona as a supervisor for the Sales Team.

As a Technical Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and results of team members on a weekly/monthly basis, coaching team members to reach their best performance, assisting the team with more complicated leads, and supporting project managers.

**Requirements:**

  • A native level of German and a C1 level of English
  • Ideal previous experience in supervising

  • Good self-organization
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience
  • Having a valid Spanish work permit (required)
