**Key Tasks:**

- Develop and execute production plans to meet strategic goals and quality standards;
- Manage production workflows to ensure timely order fulfillment and cost control;
- Oversee equipment maintenance and optimize production processes;
- Liaise with Marketing and Finance teams to align on sales, deadlines, and company objectives.

**Essential Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related field;
- Exceptional leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
- Experience in a manufacturing context;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems;
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
