About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Plummy Games. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights into player behavior.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, game designers, and programmers, to provide data for more accurate decisions.
  • Design and run A/B tests to maximize KPIs.
  • Track and report the product performance from release to release.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product data analyst in mobile gaming.
  • Practical experience with BI analytical tools.
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and familiarity with one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, analysts, and marketing to deliver unambiguous business impact.
