Content Moderator for German Speakers

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent German-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our content moderation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of online content on our social media platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out thorough reviews of online content, videos, complaints, and legal notices to ensure precision and alignment with our guidelines.
  • Update and audit content for seamless upload on social media platforms, guaranteeing a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhancing client satisfaction and our reputation.
  • Stay up-to-date with client products and services, demonstrating a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Adhere to strict accuracy guidelines and uphold data protection measures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Strong proficiency in PC navigation and technology use, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Possession of a valid work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship) and willingness to relocate to Porto.
