We are looking for a skilled Lease Accounting Specialist to join our team at Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing IFRS 16 operating models and managing lease accounting software.

Job Description

  • Implement the IFRS 16 operating model, ensuring accurate and complete lease data entry.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Norms and Standards department to develop a comprehensive IFRS 16 operating model.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Manage lease administration tool (NLA) and perform defect identification.
  • Analyze lease contracts and ensure accurate reflection in the lease accounting software.
  • Develop a database for tracking and monitoring purposes.
  • Perform contract rate calculations and deliver timely financial restatements.
  • Support controlling for budget construction and review.
  • Improve lease accounting software and provide information for audits.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, preferably with experience in IFRS 16.
  • Ability to redesign processes and ensure efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
