About the Role:
This is a fixed-term contract that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers, providing ad-hoc support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A native level of French and at least a B1 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- An attentive listener with excellent communication skills
