Mindera Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer Job Description
At Mindera, we craft software with people we love. We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer to join our team.
As a Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for building fluid and responsive user interfaces for multiple platforms and devices. You will solve complex problems and create seamless user interactions to world-class standards.
In this role, you will:
- Develop performant, resilient, and secure services/functions/components
- Build and handle asynchronous and event-driven workflows
- Create testable code and make testing a priority
- Be passionate, self-driven, and work with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose
- Care about all the steps your code goes through from your machine to production and know about or are curious of technologies like containers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in software engineering
- Experience working with Vanilla JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern frameworks and platforms such as React and Node.js (NextJS is a plus)
- Writing semantic and accessible HTML
- Good knowledge of protocols and architectural patterns like REST and/or GraphQL
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL data stores
- Familiarity with service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and data structures
- Working experience with code versioning tools like Git in a continuous delivery process
- Ability to use code quality tools like linters, type checkers, and static analyzers
- Experience using AWS cloud platform
- Comfortable with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Fluency in English
