**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Hr Administrator to provide exceptional HR administration and deliver outstanding internal customer services. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Working daily with HR systems, processes, and procedures
  • Administration work within the department, including producing contracts of employment, pay review or job change letters to employees in an accurate and timely manner
  • Co-ordinating the return and administration of new starters paperwork, ensuring they are on boarded correctly and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating employee records on the HR database (SAP HR) ensuring employee files are stored in the system

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business is desirable
  • Previous HR administration experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload
