Job Summary

Euronext Securities is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead critical projects and initiatives, managing complex and significant programs. The successful candidate will oversee the IT transformation across Euronext Securities, executing a multi-year strategic plan across different geographies and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery life-cycle in a high-challenge, complex, multi-project environment
  • Communicate and engage with programme sponsors, stakeholders, and business programme managers
  • Prepare and drive critical meetings, focusing on IT-related topics
  • Anticipate issues, blockers, and constraints in the critical path, working with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering projects in a high-challenge, complex, multi-project environment
  • Excellent written skills for clear and unambiguous documentation of complex assumptions, risks, and commitments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on client-facing projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management
  • Relevant experience leading programmes on an international scale, with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones
  • Experience in multicultural environments on an international scale
  • Certification in Agile or Waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
