Product Manager

About the Role: At Euronext, we're seeking an experienced professional to drive the rollout of a unified service streamlining post-trade processes for financial institutions across Europe. As a Product Owner, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to regulatory approvals, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and Prioritize Product Requirements: Provide clear rationale and ensure that product requirements are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project priorities are aligned and product vision is communicated effectively.
• Oversee Client Onboarding and Product Launch: Ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and lead the product launch process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Define and Communicate Product Vision, Roadmap, and Growth Opportunities: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to stakeholders, aligning with business objectives.
• Organize and Manage User Acceptance Testing: Plan, organize, and manage user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets acceptance criteria and is ready for launch.
• Lead Project Phases from Planning to Business-As-Usual Transition: Oversee project phases from planning to business-as-usual transition, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Support Stakeholders in Documenting Market Changes: Assist stakeholders in documenting market changes and ensuring that product requirements are updated accordingly.
• Maintain a Centralized Glossary and Contribute to the Data Dictionary: Develop and maintain a centralized glossary and contribute to the data dictionary, ensuring that product terminology is consistent and understood by all stakeholders.
• Act as the Main Liaison between Development Teams and Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Gather and Prioritize Stakeholder Feedback: Collect and prioritize stakeholder feedback, ensuring that it is incorporated into product development and business decisions.
• Maintain and Prioritize the Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in Testing to Ensure Deliverables Meet Acceptance Criteria: Participate in testing to ensure that deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are ready for launch.
• Adapt to Changing Priorities and Requirements: Remain flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities and requirements, ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Sales Support: Possess experience in product management, business development, or sales support, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• In-Depth Knowledge of Euronext's Market Model, Rule Book, and Service Offerings: Possess in-depth knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, and service offerings, ensuring a deep understanding of the business and its operations.
• Understanding of the Full Product Development Lifecycle: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Strong Commercial Acumen and Strategic Awareness: Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, ensuring that business objectives are met and exceeded.
