About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Support specialist to join our team at Airbus GBS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for two key work packages:
Continuous Improvement of the Platform
You will serve as the primary point of contact for local BOS teams, providing guidance on platform evolution and defect resolution. Your key responsibilities will include capturing business needs, analyzing them from a functional and business perspective, and proposing solutions that meet global needs while ensuring stakeholder buy-in.

You will ensure that delivered services respect operational constraints (SLA & OLA) and work closely with local L2, L3, and L4 BOS teams to review and update deliverable services based on their feedback. This includes improving delivered services by proposing actions and linked improvement plans, deploying new perimeters for Service L0, L1, and A&R, and capturing requirements and proposing transition plans.
Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in business management in an IT or industrial environment
Ability to listen, understand, and respond in a constructive manner
Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts
Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis
Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile methodology)
1-2 years of experience in reporting analytics, able to create and maintain simple reports (Google Looker) and if required, with macros in Google AppScript to clean/transform data

Business level of English and any other European language is a plus
