A Day in the Life
  1. You will work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for our DTC/e-commerce clients.
  2. On a daily basis, you'll execute tasks for clients including writing, proofing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns.
  3. You'll develop creative campaign concepts for your client's retention marketing calendars on a monthly basis.
  4. You'll manage the revision and approval process for client emails and SMS messages.
Your Role
  • You will write email and SMS marketing copy that drives loyalty and lifetime value for e-commerce clients.
  • You will build and deploy email and SMS flows and campaigns.
  • You will develop content for our e-commerce, DTC clients.
What We Look For
  • 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Past experience working at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
