At Genpact, we are shaping the future by delivering outcomes that drive growth and innovation. Our team is looking for a Sales Program Associate to support our Strategic Sales team in driving revenue and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Become knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide support through various channels, including online chat, emails, instant messaging, and phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and be able to educate advertisers on product usage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex cases. They will also be comfortable over the phone and navigating CRM systems.
