Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multilingual Training Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our clients, with a focus on Portuguese language development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Trainer to work directly with our clients, providing customized training solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing personnel, focusing on Portuguese language development.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve their performance and language skills.
  • Monitor progress and achievement of established targets, including speed to proficiency of new hires.
  • Design and evaluate training interventions to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Native Portuguese Brazilian or Portuguese speaker.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Customer Service background preferred.
  • Comfortable with G Suite, especially with Sheets and Slides.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shift timings.
