About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the operations of our L2 support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all support activities, including incident, alert, problem, and task management, are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of airport support team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to standard;
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations;
  • Monitor and manage resource allocation, including personnel and equipment;
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Leadership and Development

The ideal candidate will provide leadership, direction, and support to team members, conduct regular 1-1s, facilitate training and development programs, and conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service and Incident Management

Our Airport Operations Manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards, address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, and foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of operations, prepare and submit regular reports, and track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud technologies and services;
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows PCs;
  • Tackle various network, software, and hardware issues;
  • Capable of installing new software versions;
  • Ability to read through log and config files;
  • Fluent English.
