**Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of food and beverage services, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

You will work closely with our chefs, servers, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate food and beverage events, meetings, and conferences
  • Develop and implement menus, wine lists, and other beverage programs
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Supervise staff and train new employees
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage coordination or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of culinary arts and beverage management
