**Job Description**
We are seeking a Customer Support for Finance Services to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting bank customers, providing clear information about products and services, managing customer requests, and clarifying any doubts.
You will deliver a positive attitude towards the brand, providing top-class interactions and customer service in rotating shifts, including night and weekend schedules.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum academic qualifications: 12th grade
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory)
- Professional experience in Contact Center in the banking sector (preferential)
