Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was established in 2019 as a specialized financial services provider for Air Liquide European entities.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Responsible for completing the payroll run and ensuring compliance with statutory legislation & governance.
  • Prepares and monitors payroll data, ensuring processes and data are in place for payroll processing per local country requirements and regulations.
  • Performs payroll run per local country requirements and regulations.
  • Conducts start of year and end of year payroll administration activities working with 3rd party providers.
  • Manages and maintains Company payroll processes.
  • Administers disbursements, performs statutory collections, filing and reporting.
  • Supports audits and regulatory requests for payroll data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other Social Sciences or administrative equivalent discipline.
  • Experience as an HR administrative assistant, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
