Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent field
- 3+ years' experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in LookML (Looker) and Data Modelling (DBT)
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset
- Experience with fintech or HR Technology company is a plus
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented
