Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our global sales strategy, expand our market reach, and drive revenue growth in Web3, e-commerce, luxury retail, and gaming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Lunu Pay's presence in key markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring they deliver exceptional results.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with market demand and customer needs.
  • Represent Lunu Pay at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings to promote our vision and solutions.
  • Leverage data and market insights to refine sales processes, optimize conversion rates, and drive efficiency.
  • Oversee sales performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in fintech, web3, payments, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams, exceeding revenue targets, and securing enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, with experience selling to high-value clients in various sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with an established network of decision-makers in relevant industries.
  • Experience with crypto payments, Web3 commerce, or blockchain technology is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven approach with excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and scale a global sales team.
