What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Drools Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Drools, the Java ecosystem, and business rule management systems (BRMS). They will work closely with our cross-functional teams to integrate Drools-based solutions into larger enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex business rules and decision management systems using Drools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Drools-based solutions into larger enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to capture and implement decision logic.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development with at least 3+ years focused on Drools.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex business rule systems using Drools.
