About the Role


Noesis seeks a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality software solutions. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient products by leveraging your expertise in test automation and manual testing.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Test Automation & Framework Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Robot Framework to automate testing processes.
    • Write test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or other scripting tools to increase test coverage.
    • Use programming languages like Python or JavaScript to create robust automated test cases.
    • Implement BDD and TDD practices to enhance quality and efficiency.


  • Manual & Functional Testing:

    • Perform manual testing where automation is not possible.
    • Collaborate with team members for cross-functional and cross-product testing activities.
    • Identify and report bugs using Jira, Xray, or similar tools to ensure timely resolution.


  • Team Collaboration & Education:

    • Engage the team in quality initiatives and educate them on testing best practices.
    • Work closely with our product team to set long-term quality goals.


  • Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD):

    • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or similar to optimize our development process.
    • Integrate automated testing into our build pipelines to guarantee continuous quality assurance.


  • Specialized Testing Expertise:

    • Conduct API testing using Postman to ensure API stability.
    • Perform performance, accessibility, security, and mobile testing for various applications.


  • Domain Expertise:

    • Ensure quality in domain-specific platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or ORACLE systems.
    • Work on applications featuring complex integrations and workflows.




Requirements:



  • Substantial knowledge of test automation practices and tools (min: 5-7 years hands-on experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in testing core solutions like Salesforce, SAP, ORACLE, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Outstanding skills in designing test scenarios, bug reporting, and executing functional/UI tests.
