Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide prompt and effective response and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation.
  • Process confidential data with discretion and accuracy.
  • Propose, support, or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements.
  • Maintain and update procedures and operational databases.
  • Implement and follow up on Group and local rules, policies, and procedures within their own domain.
  • Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
  • Take ownership of each inquiry, manage each request effectively, dispatch, and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Be able to manage several topics and prioritize the most urgent ones.
  • Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll is required.
  • Fluency in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, ...), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good time management.
  • Being curious and eager to improve your knowledge.
  • Proactive and autonomous working style.
