Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Provide prompt and effective response and solutions to stakeholders according to Process documentation.
- Process confidential data with discretion and accuracy.
- Propose, support, or lead initiatives in process and performance improvements.
- Maintain and update procedures and operational databases.
- Implement and follow up on Group and local rules, policies, and procedures within their own domain.
- Ensure follow-up and implementation of recommendations made by internal auditors, Service Units, and Service Lines.
- Take ownership of each inquiry, manage each request effectively, dispatch, and escalate unresolved problems.
- Be able to manage several topics and prioritize the most urgent ones.
- Collaborate and communicate with peers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll is required.
- Fluency in French and Dutch, knowledge of English is a plus.
- Good knowledge of IT Tools (Word, Excel, ...), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good time management.
- Being curious and eager to improve your knowledge.
- Proactive and autonomous working style.
