We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in northern Portugal. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations, supporting critical manufacturing systems, and aligning with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage IT Operations: Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, communication platforms, and access control systems;
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining backups, managing licenses, and supporting ERP systems;
  • Manage wired and wireless network traffic to meet site needs.
  • Optimize the performance of IT systems to ensure uninterrupted production;
  • Maintain and enhance security in compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR;
  • Lead training initiatives for users with varying levels of IT expertise.

Collaborate and Innovate:

  • Represent the FEL Site in global IT forums;
  • Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions;
  • Implement global IT projects locally with precision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, IT Engineering, or Software Development;
  • 5+ years of IT-related experience, particularly in manufacturing (mandatory);
  • Strong project management skills, especially in IT project implementation;
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and CCNA certification;
