We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst - Data Insights to join our team in Porto. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging data insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
About the Role:
- Develop large data models to provide stakeholders with valuable business intelligence
- Create Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to increase efficiency in established workflows
- Analyze service delivery processes and gather key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Report process performance information and recommend improvements
- Ensure standardization and efficiency in workflows
- Develop and document procedures and tools for Service Data Analytics
- Provide support and guidance to technical teams during service management policy implementation
- Prepare and conduct training sessions to establish new tools and procedures
About You:
- Degree in a related field - IEFP Level VI
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- English is a must, as it will be used daily to communicate with other teams and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Affinity with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
