International Partnerships
We partner with the world's best brands, boutiques, and department stores to provide our customers with a unique shopping experience and access to the most extensive selection of luxury on a single platform. This requires close collaboration with all areas of FARFETCH, striving to achieve business success while improving our social and environmental impact.
Your Role
You will join our Account Management team, responsible for building meaningful relationships with boutiques at all levels. Working with the wider commercial team and Farfetch members internationally, you'll ensure boutiques are engaged to achieve our goals. Your primary focus will be managing and increasing the sales and operational performance of our European boutique partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with boutiques, engaging them to achieve our goals;
- Develop knowledge on each boutique's status, seasonal plans, and future goals to assess full online potential and further growth opportunities;
- Manage each boutique through strategic planning and tactical actions;
- Negotiate and plan markdowns with boutiques and ensure adherence to promotional activities;
- Review monthly boutique performance and Farfetch profitability;
- Conduct regular business reviews internally and with boutiques;
- Onboard new boutiques commercially and oversee the operational setup and implementation through Partner Services team;
- Collaborate with Partner Services and other teams to guide service KPIs and meet our needs.
